S21863 COI sequence: needs to be amplified
There are currently seven Hyalogyrina species described, but no genetic data listed on GenBank for the genus. The type taxon is Hyalogyrina glabra, collected from the New Zealand Exclusive Economic Zone (Marshall 1988). Since then, species have been described from Atlantic and Pacific Ocean hydrothermal vent and seep communities (Warén & Bouchet 2001), the Tuscan Sea (Warén 1997),
